At HealthComp, we are proud to offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package that supports all aspects of your wellbeing — physical, financial and emotional.

Medical & Pharmacy
- Choose from four medical plan options:*
- HealthChoice and HealthChoice Plus, two new Reference-based Pricing (RBP) plans that allow you to see any provider you choose and offer the lowest per-paycheck contributions
- The High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) that offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) to which both you and HealthComp contribute to help cover your out-of-pocket costs
- The Traditional Plan, a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan
- Pharmacy benefits are tied to the medical plan you choose, with different deductibles and costs for retail, mail order, and specialty medications
- Express Scripts is the pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) for all four medical plans
Dental
We offer a comprehensive dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) through Anthem that covers preventative care at 100%, as well as in- and out-of-network benefits for basic and major care, as well as orthodontia.
Vision
Our vision plan offers the flexibility to choose any licensed vision provider, with a higher level of coverage when you use in-network providers. Annual preventative eye exams are covered at 100% after a $10 copay, with discounts and allowances for frames and contact lenses.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
If you participate in the HDHP or HealthChoice Plus plan, you are also eligible to participate in an HSA. It allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars, up to IRS limits, to pay for eligible healthcare expenses, including your deductible.
In addition, HealthComp makes an annual contribution to your HSA, depending on the level of coverage you elect (Employee only or Family).
Life, AD&D and Disability
- HealthComp provides Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, as well as Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage. You do not need to enroll in these benefits.
- You can also choose to purchase additional Voluntary Term Life Insurance and AD&D coverage for yourself and eligible dependents.

- New in 2024, our Long-Term Care + Life Insurance plan helps cover in-home and other long-term medical care needs, in addition to life insurance

- Hospital Insurance that pays a benefit to you if you are admitted to the hospital
- Critical Illness Insurance that pays a lump-sum benefit to you if you are diagnosed with a covered illness or condition

- Identity Theft Protection to help protect your personal and financial information
- Legal Plan that offers access to attorney and resources to support a range of legal matters
